*An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if accompanied by at least one non-student registration payment, received and processed by March 28, 2014. Note that one author's non-student registration payment can cover up to three papers. For example, if an advisor has three student papers at the Symposium on which he or she is an author, that advisor's single registration payment meets the
proceedings publication criterion for all three papers as long as it is NOT a student registration. In the case no appropriate registration has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper's publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
*To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form.
*The deadline to request a refund is April 30, 2014.
*Please be sure to make your hotel reservations early to ensure availability. Visit the Accommodation page for more information.
